    About the position


    We are looking for an IT Analyst I to join our Corporate IT team in our Porto Alegre office. As part of the Corporate IT Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the level technical support, end-user assets life-cycle and KPIs monitoring. Also the analyst will contribute with documentation and implementation of processes.


     


    Main challenges




    • Triage, service support and execution of L1 support tickets;




    • Life-cycle management of IT assets for end-users, including provisioning, maintenance, off-boarding and disposal;




    • KPIs monitoring and follow-up, mainly for service and performance indicators;




    • IT technical support for employees, ensuring efficiency and satisfaction;




    • Documentation and implementation of processes and solutions;




    • Collaboration with other areas for continuous improvement of support services.




     


    Requirements




    • Degree in IT or related-courses, complete or still coursing;




    • Experience in ticketing systems, as the ones used in Help Desks;




    • Technical knowledge in macOS systems, both hardware and software;




    • Knowledge of IT processes related to ticket management and assets management;




    • Intermediary proficiency in English.




     


    Differentials




    • Technical Knowledge in Linux systems.




    • ITIL Certification (any).




    • Advanced English.




    • Basic cybersecurity knowledge.
