What you will do:
- Analyze and interpret business requirements and convert them into effective SAP Payroll solutions.
- Configure, maintain and test SAP Payroll with a strong focus on Argentina, ensuring compliance with the latest tax laws and social security regulations.
- Act as a technical point of contact for SAP Payroll issues, including debugging and functional validation.
- Collaborate with internal and cross-border teams to align payroll functionalities with business needs and regulatory changes.
- Document technical processes and deliver training to internal stakeholders when needed.
What we are looking for:
- Solid experience with SAP Payroll Argentina, including up-to-date knowledge of tax forms and legislation (e.g., familiarity with F1357 and F1359).
- Proven background in payroll configuration, technical analysis and support, ideally with experience across multiple LATAM countries.
- Fluency in English – mandatory for communication with global teams and documentation.
- Hands-on debugging skills and the ability to investigate and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- A proactive and analytical profile, able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
It will be a plus if you have:
- Spanish language skills – desirable for smoother interaction with Argentina-based teams.
- ABAP development knowledge or experience supporting technical teams with debugging and customizations.
- Experience working with ADP or other global payroll platforms.
