Main responsabilities:
Assist in the preparation and updating of commercial proposals;
Support the sales team and partners in day-to-day activities;
Perform mapping and critical analysis of business opportunities;
Maintain and monitor data in the CRM and collaborate with the control of operational information;
Participate in the creation of quotes, orders, and license surveys.
Qualifications (must have):
Studying a degree in Administration, Communication, and/or related areas;
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus);
Agility, proactivity, and ability to deal with multiple demands;
Interest in learning and working in a dynamic environment with a focus on technology;
Advanced English for daily interaction with Account Managers and Partners;
Availability to work in a hybrid model: 2 days (Pinheiros, São Paulo/SP).
